All meal plans have the option to exclude items for dietary needs. After signing up, you can select anything you would not like to receive. If something you excluded is on the upcoming menu, it is replaced with another item not on your exclusion list.
Our meals are fresh, all natural, free from preservatives and never frozen. Depending on the meal they last 3–5 days in the refrigerator, and you can freeze them if you like.
Yes. The estimated nutritional facts are printed on every meal label.
You can cancel any time from your account page with no additional charges, as long as you notify us within the 48-hour notice window.
No. We have a 12-week rotating menu, so you won't receive the same meals for 12 weeks unless it's a fan favorite you asked for. You can also swap any meal before the cutoff.
We recommend reheating meals for 2–3 minutes in the microwave. This may vary between microwaves.
South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach), the Orlando area and Tampa Bay. Pickup is also available at our Hialeah kitchen.
Billing takes place once a week or once a month. Once you have an active subscription, payments renew automatically. You can cancel any time with no additional charges as long as you give 48 hours' notice.
