1 Information we collect

• Payment information: payment card and billing details, which are processed by our third-party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).

• Communications: messages you send us by email, text, phone, chat, or web form, and your responses to our messages.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and similar analytics data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
• Marketing and advertising data: information about how you interact with our ads and emails, and identifiers used to deliver and measure advertising.

We collect this information directly from you (for example, when you place an order, create an account, sign up for our list, or contact us), automatically as you use the Site, and from third parties such as our advertising, analytics, and marketing partners.

2 How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and deliver our meal subscription and delivery Services;
• process orders, payments, and subscriptions, and send related confirmations and updates;
• create and manage your account;
• respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• send you service and transactional messages (including by email and text);
• send you marketing and promotional communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
• personalize your experience and improve our products, Site, and Services;
• measure, operate, and improve our advertising and marketing;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3 SMS / Text messaging program

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Jet Fuel Meals, we may send you SMS messages related to your account, order and subscription updates, delivery notifications, customer service, and — where you have separately consented — promotional offers.

How you opt in: You may opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and giving your consent through our website checkout or signup, a web form on our Site, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

4 How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processors, delivery and logistics providers, hosting, email and SMS platforms, customer support tools, and analytics providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
• Advertising and marketing partners — including social media and advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, Google, and TikTok) — to deliver, target, and measure advertising and to reach people with similar interests. This activity may involve the use of cookies, pixels, and advertising identifiers as described in Section 6. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, this type of activity may be considered “sharing” or “selling” of personal information, even though no money is exchanged. This does not include your SMS/text-messaging opt-in data or consent, which we never share (see Section 3).
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jet Fuel Meals, our customers, or others.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data for anyone else’s marketing purposes.

5 Your privacy choices and rights

Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages about your account or orders.

Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help.

Cookies and advertising: You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain interest-based advertising (see Section 6).

U.S. state privacy rights (including California residents)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know and access the personal information we have collected about you;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

6 Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes tools from partners such as Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing and analytics), Meta/Facebook, Google, and TikTok (advertising and analytics).

These technologies may collect device and usage information and share it with those partners to show you relevant ads on other sites and platforms and to measure ad performance. You can:

• manage cookies through your browser settings;
• opt out of many interest-based ads through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org); and
• adjust ad settings within your Google, Meta, and TikTok accounts.

7 Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
